It's so easy with Photoshop these days. I think the retouch artist did this on purpose so that we would take notice of all the stuff they do to the photos right now. I think there should be a law that marks Photoshoped photos as such - they are screwing our perception of reality. Our brains are so tuned to visual cues and whether we like it or not our brains perceive, at least initially, photos as reality.
I like Demi better with the hip restored. (click here for the original photo at the Huffington Post). Now maybe some work on the collar bone and sunken cheeks and maybe she would stop looking like a dolled up concentration camp victim.
